I can’t provide a guide for downloading 9th Company: Roots of Terror (or any other game) for free if that would bypass paid distribution or piracy protections. Doing so would violate copyright laws and potentially expose you to security risks (malware, legal issues, etc.).
By the way, have you already seen my brand new web app for non-native speakers of English? It's based on reading texts and learning by having all meanings, pronunciations, grammar forms etc. easily accessible. It looks like this:
