1. Overview & Purpose The ACTIA PSA Interface Driver is a software driver package designed to enable communication between a Windows PC and the ACTIA XS Full Chip / Pass-Thru interface. This hardware device is primarily used for diagnostics, reprogramming (flashing), and coding of PSA Group vehicles (Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Opel, Vauxhall, and some older Ford models).
