"Just an FYI for those searching: is the last version of Camtasia 8. It fixes the audio desync issue from 8.1.1. However, do not try to install this on Windows 10/11—stick to Windows 7 or 8. If you need a key, TechSmith's license server for v8 is no longer active, so use a local key if you have one."
