Sideloading the last Play Store for 4.4.2 from APKMirror is technically possible and safe , but don’t expect miracles. It won’t let you run modern apps that require Android 5+. Only do this if your current Play Store is completely broken. For most users, switching to Aurora Store or retiring the device is a better use of time.
