1. Introduction InPage is a professional word processor and page layout software specifically designed for desktop publishing (DTP) in Urdu , Arabic , Persian (Farsi) , Pashto , and other languages that use the Perso-Arabic script. Developed by the Pakistani software company Concept Software , InPage became the industry standard for Urdu journalism, publishing, and digital writing in the 1990s and early 2000s, and it remains widely used today, particularly in Pakistan and India.
