Logline: When a grumpy holiday spell threatens to cancel Christmas forever, Mickey and Minnie must embark on a starry adventure to find the lost "First Wish of the Season" and remind everyone that the greatest magic lies not in presents, but in a promise kept. 1. Synopsis It’s Christmas Eve in the cozy town of Hot Dog Hills. Mickey has planned the most perfect, quiet holiday for him and Minnie: matching sweaters, hot cocoa by the fireplace, and the annual lighting of the town’s giant snowflake tree. However, a mysterious, swirling frost begins to envelop the town. Presents vanish from under trees. Carolers lose their voices. Even Pluto’s jingle bell collar falls silent.
Minnie discovers an old, forgotten book in the town library: The Chronicles of the Star of Togetherness. The book tells of a lonely Weather Witch named Nieve (voiced by an ethereal talent like Rachel Zegler or Ariana DeBose), who, long ago, was forgotten during the holiday season. In her sadness, she cast a “Silent Frost”—a spell that erases the sound and color of Christmas. The only way to break it is to find the "First Wish," a shimmering star-seed that fell from the sky on the very first Christmas, hidden somewhere in the clouds above the Mountain of Echoes. My name is Bas van Dijk, entrepreneur, software developer and maker. With Bas on Tech I share video tutorials with a wide variety of tech subjects i.e. Arduino and 3D printing.
Years ago, I bought my first Arduino with one goal: show text on an LCD as soon as possible. It took me many Google searches and digging through various resources, but I finally managed to make it work. I was over the moon by something as simple as an LCD with some text.
With Bas on Tech I want to share my knowledge so others can experience this happiness as well. I've chosen to make short, yet powerful YouTube videos with a the same structure and one subject per video. Each video is accompanied by the source code and a shopping list.
