However, I’d be happy to help you draft a compelling, original drama or thriller story centered on a nurse character set in 2025. For example: Nurse 2025: The Silent Shift

INT. ASTER HOSPITAL – NIGHT The year is 2025. Nurses no longer carry stethoscopes—they wear neural wristbands synced to each patient’s vitals. ZARA (28), a senior nurse with tired eyes and a hidden past, walks past glowing holographic charts. Her new assistant, a robotic drone named VN-77, follows silently. She whispers into her recorder: “Season 1, Part 2 – they’re listening. But they forgot: a nurse always watches back.” However, I’d be happy to help you draft

  1. several years ago I started with a 22 minute guided meditation. I did the same thing you did, Sarah. I rolled out of bed, went to my couch and sometimes fell asleep during the 22 minutes but eventually I stayed awake. I decided in the beginning I would do it for 21 days to form a habit. It only took a couple weeks before I noticed I was feeling something different. Upon thinking, I realized I felt content like everything was OK no matter what. I don’t meditate every day anymore but hopefully this will inspire me. I was feeling out of sorts this morning so I meditated for eight minutes. I was a new person at the end of the meditation, and the rest of my day has been great! ❤️
