Pkgi.txt File Missing Ps3 ⚡

I have the latest version of PKGi installed. I thought the pkgi.txt file was supposed to be generated automatically, but it’s not. Am I missing something? Do I need to create the file manually? If so, where exactly does it go, and what should be inside it?

I’m trying to use (the PS3 homebrew store) but when I launch it, I get an error saying the pkgi.txt file is missing . I’m on a standard PS3 with HEN/CFW. The app opens, but then it just shows that error and doesn’t load any games. I have the latest version of PKGi installed

I’ve looked online but the info is kind of scattered. Some people say it’s for custom lists, others say it’s required just to run the app. Do I need to create the file manually
