For the uninitiated, Smash Remix is a full-fledged ROM hack of the original Super Smash Bros. (1999) for the N64. It adds new characters, stages, music, and gameplay mechanics while preserving the classic, weighty feel of the original. Version 2.0.0 doesn’t just add content; it redefines what the N64 hardware can do.
