– Increase Preview Simulation Quality (Toolpaths Tab → Options → Simulation Quality → High)

– Open Component Tree → check visibility (eye icon) → check Merge Mode (should be "Add" or "Highest")
– Your post processor might be wrong, or XY Datum in Job Setup doesn't match your machine's zero point.
