I’ve searched SGM’s new website, but they’ve completely moved on to the GDS platform and the legacy download section is gone.
I’m resurrecting an old SGM Pilot 3000 console for a small theater rental. I need to patch a generic RGB LED par that isn’t in the original library. I know there used to be a standalone (sometimes called the Personality Builder) for Windows XP/7.

I need the tool that creates the .sgm or .lib files.
Or know if the files are archived somewhere? I know there used to be a standalone
